Soccer Mania (James)

Everyone is playing soccer, and it's been a bit crazy!  James is playing through a local club SBMSA, and Natalie and Luke are playing through SB.  There are SO MANY soccer pictures that I decided to separate them out by kids.

James's soccer team are the Eagles, and they spent most of the year undefeated!  James was the sole person that wanted to play goalie, and he was fantastic at it!!  I think all of those football throwing/catching sessions in the backyard with dad have paid off.

Bear joined us for most of the games and was a great cheerleader!  He was a huge hit, but it also made taking pictures extremely difficult.  It's hard to see in this first picture, but all of the boys are watching James!

As I said, Bear was a huge hit.

The Eagles had a great season!!  They played in the top bracket for playoffs and finished third overall!!

And this is quite possibly the best part of my day: James comes to my classroom at the end of his day and waits until I finish mine.  It's just 30 minutes, but it's the best time with James! He usually does homework while I finish up my work, but I love having him all to myself :)  Here, he "wrote" (copied) a book about Aaron Rodgers.
