Spring Break: Part 2

We all loved having Caroline and Allison visit for spring break.  The weather was perfect, and I received lots of pictures like the ones below throughout the days.  I think Caroline is still wondering about those "crazy cousins" in Houston, but hopefully we didn't scare her off.

 

 

 

 

We happily passed down the toy house to Caroline, but while it was here she and Luke loved playing in it.  I think it's found a happy home in MS.

We loved the break from our routine!

Oh, and I almost forget the scare we had with Luke at the end of spring break.  He developed a very high fever and a stiff neck, so I immediately was worried about meningitis.  We were sent to the ER to rule it out, and this little fella was a trooper!!  They didn't have to do a spinal tap (thank the Lord), but we were there until almost midnight.   This sweet guy was in high spirits the entire time, and I enjoyed the snuggles.

And Brad and I celebrated our seventh wedding anniversary!!  It was somewhat anti-climatic b/c all of last year I thought we were approaching our seventh year, but Brad had to point out that it was actually only six.  I love this man.
