Christmas, Part Three

To complete our full circle Christmas this year, we visited Green Bay/Sister Bay!  We had so much sledding, playing in the snow, staying warm by the fire and tubing at Lambeau Field.

I think James and Luke would have stayed outside in the snow all day had we let them.  Unfortunately, the wind chill wasn't above 0 until after noon each day.  We loved being in Sister Bay!

Fearless sledlers

Proof that Natalie did, in fact, come out in the snow.  She much preferred to be bundled up in the snow, and even though she didn't enjoy it, we did sled down the hill one time.

We watched a lot of movies and football by the fire!

Lots of Christmas presents.

We went and bowled one night at this very neat, throwback of a bowling alley.

Luke played this video game in which you dropped a quarter, hoping it would slide other quarters down for you to win.  No one ever wins at this game: Luke won $7!!  I told him he is his father/grandmother/great grandmother's child!  Look at the joy on his face

This is such a blurry picture, but I had to capture this rare moment: Luke took a nap in my lap!  While this was happening, it started snowing like crazy, but I stayed put and enjoyed this rare treat.

On our last day we went back to Green Bay and went tubing at Lambeau Field!  It was so cold but a lot of fun!  Again, the kids would have tubed all day had we let them.

We had a great visit!
