Eye Surgery

In early May I had my corneal transplant, and thankfully, mom came to help/visit.  The surgery went smoothly, and we enjoyed having her here to help entertain the little ones while I rested.

James had "Reading Restaurant"---his class decorates the class as a restaurant, and the guests choose books from a menu for the students to read.  To say that James loves reading is a huge understatement.  We loved having him read to us, and I always like seeing them at school in their element.

We capped off the recovery/visit with a trip to get pedicures!
