Mother's Day

It has been a fantastic Mother's Day weekend.  It started Friday with a Mother's Day chapel and party with Natalie.  She was very excited that I was coming to her school.  I love these Mother's Day happies from school.

Friday evening Natalie and I went to Miller Outdoor Theater for a performance by the Houston Ballet.  They performed three portions of three separate ballets, the last one being from Sleeping Beauty.  I thought it would be three 20 minute performances, but it was a 2 1/2 hour performance.  It was beautiful, and this sleepy girl wanted to stay the entire time.

Saturday James had a morning baseball game, and after we went to our friend's--the Walkers--lake house.  About 5 other families joined, and we spent the day playing kickball, riding on the boat, swimming in the lake (kids and dads) and relaxing.  We had a great time, and everyone was worn out!

Sunday we had lunch at one of my favorite lunch places, Adair Kitchen, and after a nap, I enjoyed a massage scheduled by Brad.  The evening was capped off with a viewing of Toy Story and sushi.

I am so thankful and humbled that God chose me to mother these three beautiful people.  They, along with Brad, make life so fun and amazing.  Happy Mother's Day to everyone!
