The Houston Rodeo is a big deal around here. The schools celebrate Go Texas Day, and both Natalie and Luke had rodeo programs. Dad came into town on Go Texas Day for the Ole Miss baseball series at Minute Maid park, so James skipped school on Friday to go to the baseball game.
We all know that Luke hates any sort of attention: sining of "Happy Birthday", pictures, etc., so I guess I shouldn't have had any expectations when it came to his rodeo program. Jenny told me that when the class practiced in front of other classes, Luke would do the dance, but he would cover his ears with his hands. When it came time for his class to line up for their dance, Luke went limp and Jenny had to drag him in line, and then he just stood there and did not dance. It absolutely broke my heart, and I quickly told him to come sit in my lap.

He did recover in time to ride the pony
We all enjoyed an Ole Miss baseball game, even though the Rebels lost

Natalie's rodeo program was while Brad and I were in Cancun, but thankfully Mom filled in. In total contrast to Luke, Natalie is quite the performer.

Brad took Natalie and James to the actual Rodeo the last part of spring break
