A Weekend on the Farm

It seems that all we did this summer was travel: I think there was a span of five weekends that we were out of town.  It's always great to see family, and we certainly never pass up a chance to visit CiCi and PawPaw on the farm.

Brad and the kids went up early, and I joined them on Friday.  They had a blast feeding the donkeys, fishing, riding the 4-wheeler and being outside.  It was surprisingly nice weather for July, and we had a great visit.

Natalie slept in a "princess bed" during the visit.  Who knew a pallet on the floor could be so special.

And then these two monkeys

We went to the movies and saw Life of Pets during our visit.

And these two speak the same language.  I loved this sight from the kitchen window.

We can't wait to go back!
